Today is day 20 for me.
Originally, it was going to be my new years resolution to give it up for a month, but I feel like I could go the distance.
Since I usually finish work at 1 pm, I have almost 5 hours before my wife comes home. During this time I would usually pull it once, maybe twice. Now I've started to exercise instead (nothing special, just sit ups, push ups and plank position), and I'm seeing results. I have almost doubled my routine since the 1st of Jan, women seem to be responding to me more, and I have lots of energy.
The downsides though, are pretty crummy.
My wife has been gone on a business trip since last week so I've had no relief. Also, since I've given up MO (not really looking at porn per se, but lots of sexy women online)+working out, my testosterone is through the roof and it's made me very rambunctious.
Also, I got super dizzy and light headed the other day. I'm not sure if the 2 are related, but I'm not putting it past anything.

Just gotta keep my stick on the ice, because we're all in this together.
