off the saddle

    had got off the journey of Semen Retention a month ago or so with a big relapse. i was closing in on 70 days of Semen Retention when i had relapsed and have been unable to gain that level of a momentum again.
    it has been days and i have been masturbating, feeling bad, resolving and then breaking it due to my lack of self control.
    till the time i am not checking anything i am fine, but once i get a trigger or a stimuli, it gets really tough, i.e it gets hard to even go a day.
    this time i will try doing things a bit different, i will go all the way to cut off a few things off, but not all at once, one by one.
    starting with sugar-i have decided to eliminate the following habits that plague my daily headspace-
    • sweet tooth
    • watching series
    • oversleeping
    • living in the past
    i have decided to start with the sweet tooth problem due to the fact that it causes a lot of other problems i.e high sugar level of blood, irritability, lack of concentration and a sudden and uncontrolled weight gain.
    All the weight that i have put on is due to the fact that i had started consuming too much sugary stuff since i came home from college after dropping it.

    i wanna get back on track and i wanna do it now...before it's too late.
