    I used to engage in anal llasure before reboot now its part of my rules not to do that anymore. Anyways day 74 today. I notice when i use the bathroom to have bowel movements i get itches and desire back there while releasing and worry that thats setting me back. Please help this is making me go crazy.

    I'm not sure what to say, except that pooping is not relapsing. Even if you have urges, you are not relapsing unless you follow your urges instead of controlling them. Try using a more uncomfortable toilet paper to see if that gets your urges under control. and do NOT matrurbate.

    Yea i dont masturbate. At all. Day 77 for me today. I applied creme on that anal area to help with the itching but my ocd is a bit crazy making me feel like its now under pressure for alot of deviant sexual thoughta to come in.
