O from girlfriend, counts as relapse?

    Hello. I started recently to abstain myself from M and from having an O. I have like 1 week or so already and i'm not going to give up no matter my urges and tensions.
    But I do have a girlfriend that lives in another city, we see each other 1 time per week. Getting an O from her would endanger my progress? Because if M by muself is not something natural, from her it is?

    O with a partner is natural and healthy, I think you're fine. Are you trying to cure PIED or are you just trying to quit porn. As long as you can avoid PM orgasms then you're good, it depends on your personal goals.

    All orgasms release dopamine. This is addictive. I don't think it's good to have orgasms from others while trying to get clean.

    I agree, it all depends on your goals, I myself am going for a pm free life, the big thing you want keep your mind on after the fact is the chasers,when me and my s.o have sex the urges get stronger for a couple days after but then do go back down, those are the days that you need to buckle down and focus on
