    Hello,

I am a 20 year old male from western-europe. I started watching porn about 6-7 years ago. I hope I can finally break with this habbit. For the next three months I will try the "Hard mode" and afterwards hopefully never touch porn again. Let's see how far I get.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

    Hello,
my first try (without the NoFap community) was a month ago. I could stop doing POM for seven days. After that I relapsed. Four days ago I saw a TEDx-Talk about how porn affects us and stumbled upon this community, ever since I read into the matter of how to restart and get control over this bad habit.
Since I have a severe Depression that got strong again, after some time of relief, I think about taking everything slowly.
The thing about this Depression is, I can barely motivate myself to do anything. So I thought "let's try to stay away from PMO and start building good habits one after another".
So I stay away from certain sites as a first step, then I want to start a journal, here on NoFap, to track my progress through this journey. So let's see how it goes.

I have been through the dark valley that is depression and so I say to you, “job well done” for choosing to sign up on NoFap. You aren’t going through this dark valley alone any more. We are here to encourage you as much as we can on your journey to sobriety.

Check out In Case You Didn't Know for strategies and tips which may helpyou along your journey.
