I recommend you think of your own motivations for rebooting. One of mine is I want to increase my confidence around women and people in general. I read the reboot post. I tried rebooting before joining this site.But eventually I fell to triggers.I could only control for duration of 2-3 months from last 3 years. Not able to control more than three months. That's why I came here.
