You can do this! First, make sure you know WHY you are doing this and make sure that you commit to that "why". Also, make sure you eradicate all porn from your phone and laptop. Delete all porn bookmarks from your browser. Then install some porn blockers on both devices. Go to your google.com settings and make sure SafeSearch is on or change your search engine to swisscows, a family-friendly, and no-porn search engine. I've been using it and it's great. You can find Swisscows at swisscows.com. If you are on Reddit, unjoin all the NSFW subreddits then go to your settings and click the option to block the porn. If you want to succeed at nofap it will take action to make sure you don't get tempted. I would also recommend taking a sabbatical from Instagram or closing your account. Beware there is porn on Twitter. I've done what I can to make sure that I report those porn accounts on Twitter whenever I come across it. I would go no-PMO of any kind for a few months to reboot your brain. This is what I'm doing to make sure I'm successful. I wish you good luck on your journey. Send me a private message if you need more encouragement. I don't mind cheering you on.

thank you. I appreciate what you said. I will take you up on that offer. I do hope to talk to others on here so it puts my life in a different dimension and place instead of keeping to myself. I look to check in everyday with reddit regarding my progress to keep myself accountable which I do need to have. I have kept to myself with this addiction for far too long, though I did tell someone from my faith and my parents so I bring things to the light which is a wise thing to do. with regarding action, I am keeping a small notebook where I check off the hours where I don't give into the addiction. That did help me to where I got 11 days which was the most I have gone. I need to get back in the habit of that. Also I did end up emailing Gold Jacket Luke who I might end up talking to about this addiction. He has a good YouTube channel where he addresses porn. I hope I can get some insight as to what he did to go 808 days porn free. Also I am trying to get the mindset to guard my time so I fill up my schedule so I am able to phase porn from my life.

I would say to be careful of who you share this addiction with. Not everyone will be supportive. I haven't shared my addiction with anyone but my partner and my doctor. That is it. Reduce, if not eliminate, your access to porn will be very helpful. I changed my search engine in Chrome to Swisscows (swisscows.com). This search engine is family-friendly which means no porn. Use porn blockers and delete ALL porn from your phone and computer. Take the other actions I mentioned in my other post and you should ok.
