Train hard Eat properly Those are the foundations of making gains. I've been doing both of those. I eat 5-6 times a day. Tuna, rice, chicken, potatoes, etc. I've made a lot of gains lately.. For 4 days I took creatine four times a day and now once a day and I noticed strength gains right away. Creatine is actually really good. Anyone else have any habits, supplements or methods on top of the basics that they noticed gives them an edge over what they were doing before? Oh! And I only drink caffeine before working out..if I don't work out that day no caffeine. That helps alot too
