Nothing changes if nothing changes

Hello all,

It seems I’ve arrived at an unexpected start to my journey. I hadn’t planned to join the forum until I ended up reading all the information the initial website offers on addiction and rebooting in one sitting. I’ve tried to overcome this myself in the past; tried all sorts to no avail. Hopefully a community is the piece of the puzzle I’m missing. If anyone is interested I’ll be going down the PM route, as I have a partner who wouldn’t survive with total abstinence.

Wish me luck chaps and chapesses. Any words of wisdom are more than welcome.
