Not really new here, but porn addiction came back...

So, i started nofap in june 2018, no pmo. Done no pmo for 6 months, than had sex, than a year later, summer 2019, started watching a little porn again.
It grew back in time, untill the last months, it's really bad now, it's the same as before startin nofap.

I want this shit out of my life, so, i need contact with this comunity, and possibily an app that helps me getting out...

Problem is, atm porn is not giving me something really negative, like stong backpain etc (which gave me motivation to stop), it's just slowly and silently killing me...
So, i really need to get out, because i have no strong motivation to do it...
