Not new to NoFap but a new account

Hi all. I’m no stranger to this forum. I had an account up until about a year ago and have recently decided to get back into this forum for support and motivation for others. Here’s a quick bio:
-53 male, started NoFap about seven years ago
- PMO free but occasionally MO
- Had a major change in my personality to the degree that many elements of my personality have improved and the negative elements have either completely disappeared or are less pronounced.

I’ll be posting fairly frequently with my anecdotal experiences.
