    Whenever I have nothing to do my brain just think a single Japan cartoon porn in short "hentai" I get horny real quick and my will just fade away...right know I'm doing easy mode because for the 3 months I have trying normal mode but nothing progress at all just 2 days with it...Please help

    Two days is vebett than no days. Keep up with it.
    As for the medium being animated don't worry about that aspect. It's all the same.
    Make a plan for how you are going to fight this and an emergency plan for when it's a really hard day.

    No fan service stuff, no tentacle. They are fake and are worse than real porn in a sense. the reason is because anime girls are flawless. Just accept human imaginations are so darn good. Don't reject as that makes things worse. Keep your mind busy like studying, sports, hobbies, friends....
