Not getting erections while awake only when i wake up ?

    Ive noticed for 6 months now i have only been able to erections when im awake with a women.
    Otherwise I only get them when I wake up from sleep.

    Besides a women no images, even from actual women turn me on.

    Any help is appreciated.
