Normal or Abnormal?

I read so much here on NoFap about avoiding situations that could be triggers, and I suppose everyone is different. I have seen a number of posts indicating that a man shouldn't give a woman a look - shouldn't think that she is beautiful, attractive, or sexy. I don't get that. I think it is only normal to acknowledge internally that another person is attractive - pleasing to look at. I'm not advocating approaching that person or stalking them, just being OK with saying to myself - wow she is attractive. In my opinion, the female form is God's most perfect creation.

I don't think this is sexualizing. I don't see an attractive woman and immediately imagine myself having sex with her. I can see how this could happen, and that should be avoided.

Seeing a sexy woman and thinking that to myself doesn't trigger me to go masturbate. That is not a substitute for porn. I do leave room that, for other people, such a visual cue might be triggering. I just think this is more complex than absolutes can dictate.
