I started fapping two years back but now I am getting hold of it.I struggled for so long to quit it then I realized its just biological function and I started giving rewards in other way. Also I slowed the jerking before I used to do five to six days a week since then I got lot of improvement because of nofap guide book.Now its somewhere between 2 or 3 days and duration reduced to less time.Such habits take time to stop completely.
