  1. I was listening to a dude on YouTube who is really into semen retention. He was a no PMO for 7 months. Any way the guy in question , said that he didn't even want to have a wetdream and that he was doing things to avoid having a wetdream like cold showers etc.

What are your thoughts about WetDreams when you are part of the NoFap community? I think the purpose for NoFap is more geared towards those who want to give up PMO which for me means orgasm while looking at P. If you have a orgasm in a wetdream why be so stressed out about it?

Because wet dreams are often caused by fantasies you have during the day. And if you're addicted to PMO, then you have a lot of fantasies and random PMO-related thoughts floating around. If people see that they're getting less and less wet dreams, then they know that they're on the right path of cleaning their minds and healing their bodies.

  3. I agree with Thinker. The human body does a lot of involuntary stuff, wet dreams being one of them. Friction from movement on bed sheets can cause a gut to become erect without them even knowing it if asleep. If ejaculation occurs as a result, it just reflects the fact that it doesn't have to occur from active masturbation or fantasising about porn.

  4. I personally hate them with a passion. They happen randomly for no reason at all .
I consider them to not be fine at all too.

  5. What if someone was intentionally trying to have wetdreams? What are your thoughts on that?

  6. That's different to the whole thing of involuntary reactions on one hand, but depends on the additional context behind why someone wants to induce it. For example, are they thinking about sex with a gf/bf, husband/wife or just fantasising about porn they had seen? If its a case of reliving porn scenes, then it depends on what their mindset is on MPO and whether it's something they are actually trying to cut out.

  7. My intentions were so that I don't have to walk around with blue balls! I was thinking that if I have a wetdream then I am still meeting my goals of no PMO. Thanks for your reply... before .. Dragon28

  8. I just find this old book if your interested its all about NoFap well in a way https://archive.org/details/66021330R.nlm.nih.gov/page/n7

  9. Thanks, we'll ll try to look in to that later.

My only experience in dealing with aches and pains in that area from not having masturbate involved masturbation to relieve it. I havnt experienced it since stopping M/O yet so will have to see if and when it happens. But, my thoughts are your body will help discharge any build up naturally. If that is induced by thinking about sex before you go to sleep, (such as your own experiences), but you can avoid watching porn or masturbation, then for the sake of comfort, it might not be a bad thing.

In my streak of 380 days.....I had around 7-8 wet dreams
Last two were on 17 and 25th December
I have also noticed that now they are becoming more frequent
    And I hate them
