    Hey fapstronauts!
    My short question: Do you think it is possible to abstain masturbation( without porn) for a longer time( a few years or more) I'm only at the beginning of my streak and I want to know your opinion.

    That is so right! I mean Fapping al your live wouldn't be very satisfying. I was very shy before I started with NoFap and after 16 days (my personal best) I recognised that it was getting better. Then the pressure became to much :(
