Glad that reduced. People often tend to relapse in such stage. So you did a really good job you need to be proud of yourself mate.
Yes that was a flatline because that’s when people get such silly thoughts and stay depressed all day.
Well your physical state plays a major role in your overall mood. Also exercising regularly helps in releasing certain chemicals in your brain which help you make feel better and occupied. So do exercise everyday and remember this “A healthy body breeds a healthy mind and vice versa.”
