NoFap in a relationship

Hi, in the beginning you might notice that sex gives you some of the side effects of PMO. This is because your brain is sensitised to orgasms and can't make a distinction between porn and a real body. Over time, if you keep up your streak, sex will no longer cause this and you'll be able to fully enjoy it.

Bottom line is, there is no real reason to avoid sex other than making your life a bit easier in the early stages of your reboot. It's up to you and your partner to decide if you want to hold off sex for some time.

 

For us, the first few times after starting my no PM streak were not quite right, like before the streak but it started to change for us soon. There were definitely improvements both physically and emotionally and intimacy.
I have heard that things can take longer doing it this way but it is the path we chose.

 

The only changes will be in your sex life. You still have to do the regular boyfriend stuff. But sex will feel better. A lot better. Women can tell when we fap. And they definitely prefer a man who save it for them.

 

For me sex is way different than masturbation. I wouldn’t even call it a substitute. Just another fun thing to do. Porn is bad.
