Hi So just wondering if anyone else has noticed that when they're on a NoFap streak that their cravings for other things like sugar/chocolate, caffeine has also dropped I have a sweet tooth and always try and reduce my sugar intake but for the last few days I've noticed that my cravings has almost completely gone Is it possible that my cravings were caused by my PMO addiction? Has anyone else had any experience with this?
In some ways. I found I was looking at my phone more for the first few weeks – trying to get that dopamine but that soon passed. After that, it's raised my standards for sure. Still can't cut out caffeine but defo eating better, dressing better, better with money – demanding higher standards. But dammm coffee is just sooo good.
I haven't noticed my cravings for other things going down, put I did notice my ability to not give into those cravings going up with time. It's almost like I start to give a crap about myself whenever I'm off porn for awhile, whereas I basically self-destruct actively whenever I am on porn.
Yeah man Yeah, I come here every day at the minute. I go to the gym, work hard, and try to go out as much as possible but when I'm at home – feel alone with all this stuff so I come here. Also, not quite feeling ready to date plays on mind so I come back here...
