Nofap Easy Mode: lessen your libido through dieting

    These last 40 days have been a breeze, when it's usually much more difficult. My trick was to combine Nofap with a very low calorie keto diet for most of my streak.
    Meat-heavy keto obliterates my appetite, so it's easy to avoid food. When I'm in such a calorie deficit, my libido shuts down (mostly). Because evolution programmed us not to make babies when there is a food shortage.
    So I'm getting six pack abs and quitting porn in one fell swoop. Feels good.

    Occasionally I have cheat days so that my metabolism doesn't shut down completely. I have to be on guard against relapse after cheat days because it reinvigorates my libido.

    That sounds like it could very well be harming your health as much as porn does, though I could be wrong. If it's not though, more power to ya. c:

    Quick reply on the evolution part.
    This porn addiction hacks our mind. So it doesn't matter whatever lifestyle our ancestors have had.
    For me, eating less would do nothing but cause headaches..

    Yes, but having high libido makes the urges far more powerful. Low libido makes them more manageable.
