I suffer from PE, I believe it is always masturbating wanting orgasm as soon as possible, I trained my brain to do this, with 120 days reboot can I cure this damage caused by masturbation?

  3. To be honest from based on what I’ve heard and my personal experience NoFap makes premature ejaculation even worse because you’re much more sensitive. NoFap is great for those suffering from delayed ejaculation because of that. So I doubt that it is going to help you with PE. However, from what I’ve heard premature ejaculation is one of the easiest sexual dysfunctions to treat. There are many options:

    1. If you have a short refractory period just O, wait some time and have sex again. You will be able to last much longer the second time.

    2. Adding to that, frequency of sex matters. It is completely normal to come quickly if you are not having sex on a frequent basis (once a week or less). Ideally, try to have sex as often as you can. However, it is better to do that with a steady partner because the novelty factor will wear off and you will not get too excited.

    3. Edging during PMO might be the worst thing that you can do to yourself but this may be a useful techique during sex with another living person (this is called the stop-gap method and is considered to be one of the best long-term treatments of PE). When you feel that you are close to the finish line stop sex immediately and let the feeling subside and try to satisfy your partner in another way. Theoretically, you should be able to last 8 (!!!) times longer after 4-6 weeks of consistent training.

    4. Breathe deep during sex.

    5. Don’t have sex like in porn. You’re not an olympic runner so take it slow and easy.

    6. If all else fails try to:
    • wear condoms if you don’t (if necessary use thicker ones and/or those that contain lidocaine)
    • Use delay sprays/gels
    • Use pills (Prilligy (dapoxetine) is a pill specifically targeted against PE. It’s like ED pills but for PE)
    7. Stay calm. If you’re anxious because you’re scared of letting your partner down satisfy them orally/manually first. Your partner should be much more forgiving of your problems if they are happy. But to be honest you should always do that PE or no PE.
