NoFap can cause burning in urethra

This started happening to me after about 18 months on my streak. I also have micro orgasm like retrograde ejaculations when I ruine at least once a week. It doesn't drain me as if I masterbated. It still feels liek it affects my streak. Been to the doctor no bacteria culture detected. Wet dreams have decreased I used to have them frequently. Mind you, this started after 18 months on my streak which was in fall of 2022. Been happening ever since.

 

This is normal. Doctors dont know jack shit. Spare yourself time . Many brothers had it and went away. Dont think fapping for so long wil do nothing

 

I hear you here. It's just weird that it starts after over a year of being on my streak. Most everyone else starts to have flareups with their bladder junk a few days, weeks, or months after. I doubt it's anything the doctor would be able to help. If it was something serious I would have other symptoms. I still experience the flu-like post symptoms as I would if I had jerked off. I can weather it somewhat by taking Tylenol for a few days when I have a urine retrograde ejaculation. It feels like I ruined my streak. And I still dare to not jerk off even though I should. The good thing is that it only feels like a 7-day minor setback, unlike a real relapse. During those 7 days, I feel like staying in. But fuck I have to go to work. It's like a junky coming off of smack. I have to drink soup, Tylenol, nap, fucking eat healthy fats to recover. Electrolytes. I am exaggerating but still.

 

Flu like symptoms are withdrawals, burning in urethra as well. Knowledge is power.
