Nofap and Students

Hi everyone!
First I've to apollogize because Im not english speaker so, sorry for the grammar mistakes.

My problem with PMO just started when I decided to study in the university, or I think so. I fapped before, but I never realised it was a problem, because I dindt found negative effects I had a normal life.
But when I started to stay long time study, stress etc.. I began to fap everyday and feel the adverse effects.
I'm a medicine student and I've to study alot of hours, im trying to fight with the urges and don't waste my apreciated time with PMO and study.
Is here any university student ? How you deal with the urges when youre studyng?
Me im doing intervals studyng and doing exersice (25 min study/5-10 exercise) Nowadays its working.
