Nocturia due to Nofap

    I've had this problem where I always wake up with the urge to go to the bathroom whenever I am falling asleep and I have come to the conclusion that PMO has a major contribution to this.

    Prior to PMO I've never had this problem before and my goal is to get my sleep back to where it used to be.
