This is my day2 of NoFap. At the beginning of day2, my friend showed me an Instagram photo of a girl (she's not well (not) dressed). But.....let me say this loud.; "I FELT NOTHING IN MY HEAD!!". Nothing at all. I'm great!
Depending on how long you used PMO, it will likely take longer than two days for your mind to rewire itself. However, I am glad for your early success. Maybe you can ask your friend to be more of a friend in the future and not show you such things. Eventually, they will lead to your downfall. I am praying for you and cheering you on!
