    Hello,

I intend to go no-PMO for an indeterminate number of days.

I'm single since my girlfriend and I broke recently, and I intend to stay single for a while because I think PMO has damaged my ability to be seduced by women and to listen to them. I think ideally that I should be seduced by any woman in some way. Not because I want to date them, but because as a feminist I think they have the right to be listened correctly. I mean, women's seduction is not dating, it's a message : "If I talk to you, you have to listen to me". I mean, the message of seduction is a message of demanding basic respect. That's why I think PMO has damaged my ability to respect women.

I read the NoFap book, but I need advice from other NoFappers.

It's not an easy thing to do going hard-mode but it is manageable and worth what's "given up" by taking it upon yourself. You've come to the right place and people here in general are very supportive. PMO definitely makes it hard to give woman the balance they need from having a partner not to mention takes from the addict just as much, arguably even more. We have been bombarded and will be with constant stimulation in the modern world. This can make it very difficult to see any way of doing things "differently" than what we've been shown. PMO is the norm in society atleast here in the west, I can't speak for the rest of the world, but I know it is something joked about quite often. It is a serious issue that can have adverse affects on life like any addiction and may actually lead to further forms of self-abuse and physical/mental suffering.

There's hope man, woman will get more from you and you will get more from them when you can sustain yourself without PMO. Just my 2 cents, welcome to the community!
