no PM in a month.. No porn in 7 days new record for me !

So ive been on this forum for a while now and never took the idea of stopping porn serisouly until last week where i realised how unhappy it makes me after and how much im with drawn from the world. Been a month since i jerked it and a week since i watched porn. Keeping myself busy as i started uni again. i think i can do this, this website is really helping me. just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone for the support and il hopefully post every few days or every week and if off course i feel the urge. i would highly recommened the NoFap emergency page. Instead of watching porn i just keep refreshing the tab and it brings up some new motivational thing that makes me feel better. Without doubt its hard feeling kinda depressed at time but 7 days i have never done that since i was 12 thats 10 years. if i relapse again no doubt il feel lower than shit. Making a change to my life feels great it will be hard but its gonna happen.
