no nut november completed

Yeah, I completed the no nut november challenge. I didn't masturbate the whole month of november. I did however have few wet dreams though, but they're natural. The urges are still there, but I'm not going to worry about them too much because they come and go. Overthinking about how to get rid of urges is the worst thing that I can do. I have to learn how to accept the urges and do something else. Practice makes perfect.
