Starting today...may god give me strength to overcome that urge to fap
Day 2 in the books, it was quite a busy day. I feel that my mind is working better, especially when it comes to maths or writing something longer.
Day 3 in progress, I've slept today quite good and had a small urge in the morning. Today I'm going to be busy, so it's no time for urges. I need to go to sleep earlier, beacause I usually fall asleep after 1 AM so it's easy to fall into porn trap again. Mood 6/10
Day 3, all good so far
Day 3 in the books, it was a very busy day for me and I go to sleep. I went to work for longer than ususally, did a lot of house chores and a 9 km run. See you tomorrow.
Allright, day 4 today, it's very bad weather outside so I've slept a little bit too long I stil struggle to go sleep earlier. I ate a healthy breakfast and I feel quite well. Mood 8/10. I drink coffee every morning and sometimes 2-3 during the day, beacause I'm not perfectionist. The nofap should succeed, but I don't implemet too much diet changes or an exhausting, untested training plan. My life will improve by persistent, small steps and changes.
Day 4, everything ok so far, no major urges lately.
Day 4 in the books, it was very busy day and I feel quite tired after all. I can say my focus and productivity has significantly increased, nice benefits. Tomorrow I go for a gym training and I to work as usually.
Day 5 today, I was really tired yesterday and I had a dream tonight that I unlock my porn blocker and start watching porn. So it begins- my reptile mind craves for stimulation. After my today's breakfast, I feel quite good. I think it's a little bit too much work recently, but christmas is coming and I can say it will be enough of free time. I've also taken an extra task for translating the instruction, so it's really busy time. I've read today Mark Queppet's "Reboot Regiment" ebook. Very helpful but the language is quite hard.
Day 5, last night was a bit difficult, but nothing I can't handle.
Day 5 done, it's "hardmode". Today no urges, one thing I can say is being all time busy helps you to deal with urges. Being too busy is slightly better than too much time, but only if you can relax and control the situation (using nofap benefits, like better focus and motivation). The worst thing is to roll around the house, mindlessly surf the internet and then peek at porn. Never do it.
Yup, most of my falls were when I was idle doing nothing.

Nice, new people are joining the challenge day 6 today, it's quite a nice day. I didn't do anything special, but soon i go to work for afternoon. I get a few nice presents for st. Nicolaus day and a healthy meal. The regeneration after gym is much better than when I used to fap. The urges aren't strong yet, I'm too busy to sit back like a bum and fantasize. Stay strong and keep going!
Huh, it seems I have forgotten about this thread. Day 6, I guess, been to busy with college and work recently to have any urges.
Day 6 in the books, I feel good and had a few moments of good mood during the day. I feel the benefits very well. It's coming home, it's coming- nofap coming home

Whatever day it is, I'm still goin' strong.
Day 7, today is a quite busy day, I make a translation for $$ and then go to my students for lessons. I plan to do a training in gym in the evening, but it depends on how tired I wil get.
