    This is going to sound crazy but this guy makes perfect sense.

    Watch this video. Yes it sounds like a scam video thats trying to sell you something when you first watch it.

    "What is this secret? Well first let me tell you some things that you need to know about why motivation and discipline doesn't work"

    This video just now has changed the way I think about things.
