No morning wood, any advice?!!

    I am 22y.o. I’ve been doing noFap because I suffered from ED.

    I relapsed after 31days. Now I’m fighting again, I’m on day 14! , but still no morning wood, my libido comes and goes. When I will have morning wood? Any help?

    You gotta get to at least 90 days hardmode to start recovering. If you're severely addicted it may even take longer.
     
  3. Don't worry about morning wood. Just concentrate on getting through each day and getting better with each one.

    Are you exercising by any chance? Because exercise is very helpful for a morning wood.

    Brother, were all here because of something in this same arena. I had that same issue in a stranger way. Like my mind was running forward but body backward. I tried everything and even my partners tried everything. If there was a super bowl ring for bj's only. God bless them.
    The wood will come back. Your body will make it. Its kinda like the earth. We need it,it doesnt need us...itll just keep on,sure things will change,some catastrophe but..itll keep going.. Trust me. The first reboot I did hurt my balls bad. All I wanted to do was unload but the troops were not mustered. They will though. The urges will get stronger and stronger..and thats when you fight the most. Im going through this again now although Im waking with a California redwood so bad it hurts at times. Then next day nothing. The energy is there boiling but damper it. Some say "ah,thats my drive or limbido" no..thats your brain reacting to its dopamine need. Obviously your D is not. Power through. Your body is rebalancing and if you give in youll start over. While each is day by day dont waste your progress or worry about "wood". I hit flatline and it was like my c*ck gave me walking papers. Like it fired me after all these years...youll make it. Our brains drive the car. Thats the engine. Our hearts are the dash and wheel...theyll only respond to what the engine gives them. In the end,if it craps out...youll need a jump.

  8. To me that doesn't seem normal. If you have ED, Erectile Dysfunction? you should probably see a doctor. Especially being so young

    That or consider yourself lucky you don't pop wood frequently. ;)

    I mean I don’t have dead di*k, i just experienced ED with a girl, in foreplay I was so hard, then I couldn’t penetrate and got little soft hah read about it bro it really sucks haha

    Do you do sports? Like Cardio training? It helps the body to regenerate faster.

    Every human is different. But I did on a week 3 times cardio training, and I had within the weak on day 7 my first morning wood.

    but it still was unregulary, that's why I bought a piece of wood and wrote „morning“ on it. Problem solved!

    This happened to me too. Don't worry about it! I don't get morning erections at all anymore and I used to all the time.
    The slightest touch, hand contact or holding on a chick and my pecker stands straight like a pillar support to a building.
    I've got some help with magic pills at the beginning. So happy I've found "GET365VCL" :) in Google, and got V* . Good luck.

    Personally recommend doing some research on it. Yourbrainonporn.com & TedEx videos gave me clarity and motivation to make it to where I’m at currently. I got my first MW in the 60s and it comes and goes. Prior to that I’ve been without for years since I’ve been addicted to PMO for years. But have hope and read up on it.
