Hey guys... So here's what happened, I used to get Wet dreams after every 10 days...and this is my 10th day again. My longest streak was 38 days, but today i just experienced something that i experienced a month ago. I had a sexual dream, i remember very well, i was watching porn in the dream and ejaculated in the dream. But when I woke up, there was nothing. I mean sperms. I was suffering from PIED and Premature ejaculation, i don't know if this is a sign that I am healing from these or not. Anyone who experienced this? Please let me know..

Sorry this reply probably won't help but I've actually done the same before in a dream. I was actually able to do it semi-lucidly, and it was great haha but haven't had that for years!

Yes, I did. I keep saying that wet dreams are intrinsically abnormal and just a sign of the addiction still being present. A matured and fully functional individual should not ejaculate in his sleep.

When I was very addicted to fantasizing/masturbation i'd almost always end up ejaculating in sleep if I had a sex dream. The more i got it under control (stopped sex fantasizing, no more binges if i relapsed - both in length and repeats, etc), i get wet dreams less. If I have a sex dream I usually don't actually ejaculate in real life, i just wake up.

It might sound odd but I tend to keep track of mine. As I type this I'm on day 172 and during that time I've had 10 wet dreams, with the longest gap between them being 29 days. I haven't had one in 16 days BUT I did have a "sexual dream" a few days ago, without the ejaculation part. I have no idea what any of this means though.

Do you sexually fantasize or engage in other seeking behaviors (like watching instagram models etc)? Do you think there is a connection to the wet dreams?

I try not to fantasize, occasionally drift off. Not sure if there is any connection for me with fantasizing and WDs. I tend to have them on Friday or Saturday nights though, which I find weird
