NO MOBILE CHALLENGE!!!

Hi Guys!!
1) I've been addicted to mobile a lot.which resulted in a lot of wastage of time and affecting my mental as well as physical health.

2) my phone's excessive usage is causing me depression, anxiety,stress,low self-esteem.

3)Henceforth, I intend to take this challenge until the end of this month as I'm on my vacations and concentrate on my health.

During this period I'm not going to use:
1)NoFap
2)social networking account of any kind

4)For any doubts regarding any subject I pursue,I'm gonna use the old school methods.(referring books).
