    A young 20 year old from Sweden. I just want to stop with the shaming feeling of the aftermath after i masturbate. I feel so low for cumin' with myself, it mikes me feel like a loner that cant fuck a girl when i do it. I'm a good looking man, smart, creative, social, can talk with women. Ion just don't wanna lower my confidence and think that i can only find a woman in my mind and not in real life. I know i can do this shit if i put my mind to it, i just need moral support from myself and take one day at a time. I got closer to God and he's giving me the strength to do this. I'mma make me proud of actually fulfilling something i put my mind to.
