    It's terrible when it's been this long and I have wired my brain to only find joy in porn. Just recently I restarted my journey of NoFap, as well as ending my crutch with alcohol. I want to be mentally healthy, but god damnit, this is difficult. I just don't feel happy without these things in my life. It's like I have nowhere to run to anymore. Now I have no choice but to face my reality for what it is. I just feel so awful sober.
