Nightmare Effect From PMO?

Lately when I PMO I get horrible nightmares… No matter if it’s just light vanilla P… Last night I relapse and I had a wave of waking up and dealing with shitty nightmares… Why is this????


Is this our body telling us we are stressed out?

Is this our body or mine telling us we need to stop treating us this way? I’m just really confused and would like an answer. If I relapse over a week or 7 days it’s not as bad but if I cave in two three days it’s nightmare city…Does anybody else have this dysfunction? Especially after frequent PMO.
