    I'm new to this website and NoFap, but I tried NoFap about a year ago and could only go about a month and then I resorted back to my old ways. I realized that I'm feeling the same effects of NoFap and can change my life for the better. I'm hoping to increase my productivity and focus, especially with the school year. I decided that I needed to take this much, much more seriously.

    Hello. Great you made the move to join NoFap, welcome! I hope you find a good balance of school and time to dedicate to this forum and program.
