    Hello all,

I'm 27 years old and a pornography and masturbation addict. I first discovered porn when I was 13 years old which means I've had an addiction for about 14 years now. I've had my ups and downs and even went a whole year without it one time, but over this past weekend I collapsed in a bad way and I realized I need more support.

For a while I bought into the whole "Oh it's natural and harmless" line that our society likes to feed us but I really just don't buy it anymore. If it's so natural why do I feel so guilty about it? Our bodies didn't evolve to this point for us to just stare at computer screens and pleasure ourselves. That's not a healthy way to live life.

I'm not so naive to think that I'll kick it all at once just by joining a website - but I do hope that I can find other users who feel similarly and can offer support as we try to overcome our addictions together.

In any case - thanks for reading and looking forward to supporting this site and others on here.

Bless you my friend. We can do this together. You are not alone, and "Yes" you are correct in feeling that it is not natural to be addicted to images on a computer screen and in your own mind. Time to reset. Blessings
