Newbie in town!

    So I know this is NoFap and mainly for porn addiction and maturation and abstinence from masturbation. But I was curious because I've seen different answers on this topic.. Is it okay to have sex, but to try and not to ejaculate? I'm sure in the beginning of NOFAP it's most likely recommended not to have sex but sex is okay, as long as it's not excessive and achieving orgasm correct?! Thank yall for your help!

    As far as what ive learned from NoFap, there's varying degrees. I'm abstaining from PM to better my sexual relationships with women, but a lot of people go hardmode and abstain from PMO. Be wary of sex though because the chaser effect comes with it; how I relapsed my first time doing NoFap. Sexual orgasms are 100% healthy IMO. It's just the minds idea to self please instead of have sex that I have struggled with and want to rid. I wish you good luck on your journey my friend. It gets tough.
