Hey there folks, I'm new to Nofap.

I've been fapping pretty much once a day for the past 15 years, I've maybe had a few periods where I havent done it for a few days, but then back into the habit. I never really realised it as an addiction, I've never let it get the better of me on a personal/professional level but I noticed that I found it difficult to sleep without the release of an orgasm and then once completed out like a light.

I'm going for hard mode, although based on my love life will be pretty easy.
