Hey I’m in my 20s I’ve kicked this habit before and I’m hoping to do it again with the support of this community. I’m starting a no PMO today with the hope of hitting 60 days. You all know how this affects our lives I’m hoping for freedom from the anxiety I find often stems from PM.
