Newbie... Day 1 of NoFap and no PMO.

    Love the idea and concept behind such wonderful group in gaining control of your life. Didnt know such community ever existed. But then again I never saw my PMO was problem until now.
    I am glad I am here. I plan to take short measures and celebrity small wins. So my NoFap challenge will be for 3 days. Once I Am successful for 3 days. I will increase it to 7 days. Than 2 weeks than 1 month and so on.
    Small wins will give me confidence and motivation required to stay on track.
