Ok well I've had issues with ED for a while and for a while I thought it was low Testosterone, had it checked out and it is no low. I haven't been in a relationship a lot but started masturbating at the age of 15 and kept on (watching porn since) I had a couple instances of ED and basically gave up....I still watch porn but reading more and more this seems to be my issue, I have recently met a woman I have been seeing for a month and a half that I'm into (and vice versa) what exactly is the reboot process, cut out masturbating as well as porn to get rid of the ED?

Everyone is different for the reboot time. I am not even sure what a proper "range" would be to be a good "estimate".

What were your actual results for the testosterone test? A lot of the tests are very open to interpretation. The range is very, very large.

Each person is different and we have various circumstances. I will personally say, try cutting pmo all together for a period and see what happens. Many of us turn to pmo for escapism. Perhaps you need to focus on learning to deal with pain and facing life's challenges and growing up. Since you have a girl in your life now, try to focus on building a good relationship with her. The decision on whether you should and how should reboot is ultimately yours. I suggest reading a bit also on yourbrainonporn.com . Good luck
