    i have tried a lot since 5-6 years to quit it but i have not got any success in doing so. 2 months was my longest time i stop watching porn and it was 4 years back.i want to stop watching porn for 7 days first though i know i m not going to succeed but still i want to give me chance and then i will go for long

    Hey brother... Give yourself some credit for not watching porn or fapping for 60 days. If you can go straight 60days without watching or doing bad.. I bet you can do much better this time. It's OK to give yourself a second chance.. Good luck brother

    i do this when i feel i m alone even my roommate is sleeping in same room , when i back to my room earlier than my roommate , there is always strongest feeling of watching porn...every fucking time i do pm i feel so depressed and after every time i do this there is a feeling in mind that i m not going to do this again but after 3-4 days same thing happens to me

    They are the same.

    PMO is:
    P - porn use to stimulate
    M - masturbation to the point of
    O - orgasm.

    By default, PM will lead to O. Some may think that if there is no O then there is no problem or harm but eventually there will be an O.
