New to this: proud, brave and struggling! Please help

    Hi everyone,
    I've never tried anything like this and I'm feeling a little humbled... but I'm here and I'm trying and I need a little help please!

    To introduce myself: I'm 27 and I've stopped watching porn and masturbating exactly 13 days ago after watching porn on and off pretty intensely for 10 years and masturbating literally almost EVERY SINGLE night for about 13 years!

    I decided to quit for a million reasons but I believe in clarity and control and freedom and it started to feel like chains.... about 2 years ago. The fap was slowly getting into more intense and hardcore stuff and I realized that my elections (especially with random girls recently or with the slightest bit of alcohol) were getting more scary. I started taking cialisys pills for a few times before I decided to quit. I also broke up with girlfriend of 3 years two months ago and I'm here to keep my chin up and March on proudly with a new direction. So... here I am. I'm doing it for me and I'm trying to get to 90. So far so good - but it's so hard at night cause I just want to sleep. It's so hard because I want to go be with new girls but... I'm doing this thing and I now more than ever don't know if I can trust myself to preform...


    Help please by responding and showing me that anyone's out there on the battlefield?

    You can do it. I'm a pharmacist and teacher. This affects everyone, no matter how educated we are. It affects are friends, family, and relationships, in ways I'm just starting to understand. Hang in there.
