"New" to this and wants to succeed

    Hey everyone
    To short things up,i started to get addicted from 3 years ago and always tried to fight it and help myself to not watch porn.
    I did that everything i could by myself and didnt trust all thos sites (nofap and all the others)..now im at a piont where i cant seem to help myself to stop pmo even though i know every reason and every trigger that causes me to relapse..(Mostly boredom and laziness)
    So i realized that with this sites and peoples help i can remove porn from my life for good..
    Ok,so i did the 2015 survey and it told me that in nofap you have some challenges you can take and you have a counter for that and also a counter for your whole reboot streak which i really need..Can someone point me to them and also help me out with all the options that this site's have ?

    Welcome! Have a good browse around the site and you will get the idea. Start your own journal in the Reboot Logs section. People will write good replies for you to your entries, and you can write in tgeirs and make new friends You will need a google account to make your counter. Click on my counter below to take you to the site. It will ask for your gmail address, but there is nothing sinister in it.
