Hello. I’m new here to NoFap. I’m on day 3 of no PMO. It’s quite a struggle as everyone here knows. I know we can get through this though! I do have a question. I’m married and want to know if sex with the wife will be ok for my reboot? My goal is a 90 day reboot. Any and all advice or experiences are welcomed!
Welcome to the community. My wife and I fecdeci on went through reboot with sex but no porn or masterbation. It can be done. It's something to discuss with her for sure.
Hi 'smooth ! Its great that you are on the journey to healing. There are many folks that have experiences rebooting with a partner. You may want to read some things in the "rebooting in a relationship" forum on this site. Your full reboot may take a bit longer, but it should be just fine. PMO is generally the cause of troubles; O with your wife should not be a problem. Just avoid the P and no solo M . one day at a time is how we all succeed.
