Hi, everybody Just as my title suggests, I am generally closed to the idea of opening up to people about this, but thanks to my therapist and the book "Always Turned On" that recommended I come to NoFap, here I am. To make it short and sweet, I will be starting a journal to monitor my progress and I wanted to use this website in order to create online meetings with others to just talk about these issues. I hope I can grow from this and I am very willing to hear people's advice. If anyone's interested in my story, please visit my journal that should be up soon (in the 20 to 24 section.)
