I AM 20 YEAR OLD ,I AM DOING PG BUT DUE TO LOCKDOWN PG IS NOT START YET KNOW BUT THE HUGE LOSS CREATED FOR ME AND THAT IS PORN ADDICTION,I STUDY IN MY ROOM ALONE SO BECAUSE OF LONELINESS SLOWLY SLOWLY I PUSHED INTO THIS ADDICTION ,AND NOW I WANT TO BACK MY NORMAL LIFE WHICH WAS VERY MUCH JOYFUL AND WAS EXTRAORDINARY,DURING WRITING THIS TEXT I AM CRYING A LITTLE BIT BECAUSE TODAY I HAVE REALIZE HOW MUCH I HAVE LOST MY BRAIN POWER AND ALSO VERY VERY LOW SELF CONFIDENCE .NOW I AM GETTING PLEDGE THAT FROM TODAY I WILL START MY STRIKE AND I WILL BE A HAPPIER PERSON IN THE WORLD BECAUSE I AM FREE FROM PORN NOW AND I WILL

Hello, ive been trying for a while now, but this is my first time being on a forum like this, youll find alot of nice people on here, who are pushing each other to succeed, i would suggest you find ways to limit your loneliness and push yourself to go out more and talk to people more, of course while avoiding pmo at all times and youll come to find out youre not thinkimg about pmo much anymore, because you are distracting yourself from pmo thoughts
